1. Platform Overview
MatwingsVenus™ is a conversational intelligent collaborative platform for protein engineering designed for global scientific research and industrial users. Built on a Multi-Agent collaborative architecture, the platform integrates billion-scale biological data, advanced AI predictive models, automated wet-lab delivery, and expert decision support, aiming to create a closed-loop R&D pipeline from “conversation-as-design” to “experiment-as-delivery.”

The system supports real-time structure generation and structured data input/output (PDB/CSV/images, etc.), aiming to simplify data acquisition, model fine-tuning, and functional analysis for biologists and AI researchers.
2. Quick Start
2.1 Registration and Login
2.1.1 Register an Account
Step 1: Enter Email
Enter your email address on the registration page
Click the "Send Verification Code" button
The system will automatically detect your email language and send a Chinese or English verification email
Step 2: Verify Email
Check your inbox for the 6-digit verification code
Enter the verification code on the registration page
The code is valid for 5 minutes
Step 3: Complete Registration
Set your username (must be unique)
Set your password (at least 8 characters)
Enter an invitation code (optional; obtain one from an existing user. Both users will receive point rewards after a successful invitation)
Click "Register" to complete account creation
2.1.2 Log In
Enter the email used during registration
Enter your password
Click "Log In"
Note: After logging in, the system will keep you signed in for 1 hour. You will need to log in again after expiration.

Click "Start Use" to enter the AI agent workspace.

4. Common Account Operations
4.1 Forgot Password
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page
Enter your email or phone number
Enter the verification code received
Set a new password
4.2 Profile and Account Settings
Click the avatar at the bottom right to open the menu.
Then click “Settings” to modify personal information.
4.2.1 Profile
After logging in, you can view and manage your profile information.
Change Username: Click "Change Username" next to your avatar..
Extended Profile: Complete your extended profile for the first time to receive 1,000 reward points.
Identity Verification: Supports verification for four identity types: Student, Enterprise, Teacher, and Researcher. Each verification is valid for one year and must be renewed upon expiration.
Expert Services: Apply to join the platform as an expert and earn rewards by providing professional consulting services.
Change phone number: Click “Edit”
Change password: Click “Edit”
Change email: Click “Edit”
Delete account: Apply for “Delete Account” (requires password verification)
4.2.2 Shipping Address
Manage shipping addresses for wet‑lab service orders.
Click “Add Address” and fill in the details
4.2.3 API Access
Click API KEYS in the sidebar to create your API key
Click “Create” to generate a new API key
Choose validity period and tool permissions
By default, generated API keys are permanently valid and include all tools.
You may also choose Custom Permissions and select only the tools you need.
4.2.4 Credits
Click Points Balance in the sidebar to view detailed point consumption records.
4.3 Wallet
Wallet Access: Access the wallet via "My Wallet" in the left sidebar of the chat interface or through "Settings".
Enter a custom amount or select a preset amount to recharge your wallet.
Click "Refresh Balance" after payment to update your wallet balance.
Funds Records: View all recharge and order records.
4.4 Language Switch
On the homepage: top right, next to the avatar.
In the chat page: bottom left → click avatar → first line “Language”

4.7 My Cloud Drive
Used to manage user-uploaded files and AI-generated files.
The two default folders cannot be deleted or renamed.
Users can create new folders and perform operations such as moving, renaming, and deleting files.
File locations can be adjusted using button controls or drag-and-drop operations.
4.8 User Feedback
If you encounter issues, you may submit a questionnaire or contact customer service for faster support.

A: Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and reset via email verification code

A: Provide PDB structure files; specify experimental throughput; upload wet-lab data in engineering tasks
Q: What if I run out of credits?
