How to Predict Protein Properties
1. Function Description
Enter a protein amino acid sequence, and the system can predict the optimal pH condition of the corresponding protein, helping users determine whether the target protein is more suitable for acidic, neutral, or alkaline environments.
After the user confirms the task, the system will automatically complete the prediction and generate a CSV result file saved to My Cloud Drive. The results can be used for protein property analysis, enzyme engineering, and experimental condition optimization.
