Divided into three modules: Gene Synthesis – Protein Expression – Protein Purification

1. Access Methods
1.1.1 Access via Sidebar

1.1.2 Access via Conversation Page
The AI automatically analyzes sequence-generation requests, recommends order placement, and guides users to enter the module through interactive prompts.
2. Gene Synthesis Module
2.1 Expression Host
Users can select either:
DNA Sequence (optional codon optimization available), or
Amino Acid Sequence (codon optimization enabled by default)
Currently supported expression hosts include:
Escherichia coli (E. coli)
Pichia pastoris

2.2 Target Sequence
Sequences can be uploaded manually or submitted directly through the AI agent with one-click order placement.

2.3 Vector Information
Users may select either:
Cloning vectors (2 available options), or
Custom vectors
For E. coli expression vectors, six vector options are currently available. Users may also choose “Provide Vector” and upload the required vector sequence information or plasmid map. Depending on the selected vector, the His-tag position and antibiotic resistance information are automatically indicated (no manual selection required).
For Pichia pastoris expression vectors, one vector option is currently available. Users must select the His-tag position, while antibiotic resistance information is automatically provided.

2.4 Restriction Enzymes & Flanking Sequences
Users may specify:
Required restriction enzyme sites, or
Restriction enzyme sites to avoid

2.5 Delivery Contents
The default delivery package includes:
Standard plasmid delivery (≥2 μg plasmid)
Glycerol bacterial stock
Users may also request stab culture delivery in the remarks section.
Additional plasmid preparation services are available:
100 μg
200 μg
500 μg

2.6 Information Confirmation
After clicking Next Confirm Information, users should verify all submitted details before proceeding to quotation and order confirmation. Customer service will then review the order details and provide an official quotation.

Protein Expression Module
1. From gene synthesis to protein expression, sequence information, host, and vector settings can be automatically synchronized

2. E. coli expression defaults to 4 mL culture; induction temperatures available: 18°C and 25°C (customizable within a reasonable range); inducer concentrations: 0.1 mM and 0.3 mM (customizable)

Pichia pastoris expression defaults to 2 mL culture; induction temperature default is 30°C (customizable); inducer default is 1% methanol; option to request delivery of expression strain (not included by default)

Additional requirements can be added as notes
3. After confirming the information, verify all entries → proceed to quotation and await contract

3. Protein Expression Module
3.1 Protein Expression Information
After placing a gene synthesis order, users may directly proceed to the protein expression module. Sequence information, expression host, and vector information can be automatically synchronized.

3.2 Expression Conditions
E. coli Expression
Default expression volume: 4 mL
Induction temperature options: 18°C, 25°C. Users may also specify temperatures within a reasonable range.
Inducer concentration options: 0.1 mM,0.3 mM. Custom inducer concentrations within a reasonable range are also supported.

Pichia pastoris Expression
Default expression volume: 2 mL
Default induction temperature: 30°C. Custom temperatures may also be specified.
Users can additionally choose whether expression strains are required for delivery (not included by default).

Any additional requirements may be added in the remarks section.
3.3 Information Confirmation
After clicking Confirm Information, users should verify all submitted details before proceeding to quotation and order confirmation. Customer service will then review the order details and provide an official quotation.

4. Protein Purification Module
4.1 Protein Purification Module
After placing a protein expression order, users may directly proceed to the protein purification module. Sequence information will be automatically imported, and protein-related parameters will be calculated automatically based on the sequence. Users are encouraged to review the generated information.

4.2 Purification Parameters
Please confirm:
Whether the protein contains a His-tag
Whether tag removal service is required
The buffer system used during purification (currently two buffer options are available)

4.3 Quality & Delivery
For the E. coli system, the default purity standard is: > 80% purity
Users may also choose whether Tm value detection service is required.

4.4 Delivery Methods
a. Delivery by Expression Volume (Protein yield is not guaranteed)
For E. coli: 400 mL, 800 mL
For Pichia pastoris: 200 mL, 1000 mL
b. Delivery by Target Protein Quantity
Feasibility will be evaluated based on small-scale expression test results.

4.5 Remarks
Any additional requirements may be added in the remarks section.
4.6 Information Confirmation
After clicking Confirm Information, users should verify all submitted details before proceeding to quotation and order confirmation. Customer service will then review the order details and provide an official quotation.
